Eligible early-stage AI startups may receive up to $350,000 in Google Cloud credits over two years through Google for Startups Cloud Program.
Eligible AI-first startups may receive up to $250,000 in Year 1 plus up to $100,000 in Year 2. Credits apply to eligible Google Cloud services and are subject to program terms.

The AI tier targets eligible early-stage AI startups and has funding-stage, company-age, product-use, and prior-credit criteria. Google reviews applications and determines eligibility.
