AWS Activate Credits for Startups
Offered by Amazon Web Services
Eligible startups can apply for AWS promotional credits. The self-funded Founders tier starts with $1,000 and may reach $5,000; provider-backed Portfolio startups may qualify for up to $200,000.
Founders tier: $1,000 initially, with selected startups eligible for up to $5,000. Portfolio tier: up to $200,000 for eligible provider-backed startups. Credits apply to eligible AWS services, including some Bedrock model spend.
Eligibility Requirements
Startups generally must be pre-Series B, founded within the last 10 years, have a functioning company website, meet AWS account requirements, and qualify for the selected tier. Portfolio credits require an AWS Activate Provider Organization ID.
